Reply to "My scrolling gallery is not working on my old ebay name"

Please be aware that after you generate a token for a new account it may take up to 12 hours for all of your active listings to import into your Auctiva account, and it is as they import as active listings that our system is able to append the scrolling gallery. So, if you have recently generated a token in your new account, it may be a few hours before the gallery shows on all of your active listings.

I did check a few active listings for the associated eBay account that you refer to and I noted the scrolling gallery was showing on the listings I was able to review. If you experience further difficulty with the gallery or your listings, please feel free to file a support case from under the Help tab of the site providing specific examples of where you have encountered any issues and our support team will be happy to assist you.
