My scrolling window is on top of everything!! Help!!

When I open my ad my item picture is there, and right under it is the scrolling window.

Shouldn't the scroller be under the description and the whole ad?

I think this should not be the thing you see before you look at the ad you came to look at!

How do I fix this?
