Yes to position and colors.
I normally let my SG match my template colors and I prefer the top for position on the basis that the SG is an AD for my Store, and I want my buyer in my Store for the obvious reasons. The SG on floor auctions and BIN provides effective advertising that "I am more than a single listing", and IMO should be thought of as assisting in the missing exposure (including search) that store-inventory items miss. The hook with that should be cross-promotion, like combined ship discount or minimum order tied to FREE SHIPPING to increase sell-through. That makes them LOOK!
I believe the Top Text (Title) and other text features in that section are the few changes that can apply and update to SG on active listings.
