Sorry to say,your in the wrong area of the forum for Auctiva Commerce,but this is the host I used to build my e-Commerce site.
http://www.webstarts.com/ 12 months for less than $50.00 and I think they are running a promo for free domain name if you don't already have one with GoDaddy etc. It's been a great experience for me,super fast phone/email support response,very easy to build and customize your site with videos for every step in the site building process.
