Need clarification about the Active Listings page and the Closed Listings page.

We've been using Auctiva for a little over a year now and apparently aren't using the software the correct way since we keep losing and re-doing information updated through the Active listings page or the Closed listings page. It appears as though eBay and Auctiva aren't synced up each other.

Active Listing page (folder) - From this page, if you click on the eBay Item number link, it takes you to eBay to make your changes and those changes are saved in the eBay listing and should be reflected in the Auctiva Active Listings page. If you were to click on the link again, you again will be taken to eBay and within your listing you should see the changes you made earlier and any additional changes you make should be reflected in the Auctiva Active Listing page. This is our understanding.

Closed Listings page (folder) - There are 2 links provided. One for the eBay Item Number and one labelled "Edit and Relist". Clicking on the eBay Item number takes you to eBay and you can see the listing as it looked when it ended. It should have any and all changes that were made from the Active Listings page. The other link, takes you into Auctiva to a page titled "Create an eBay Listing for Relist in order to make changes to the listing before you relist. This apparently is tied back to the Saved Listings and any changes made here are also made to the Saved Listings. At this point, the changes that were made from the Auctiva Active Listings page to eBay aren't shown in this version of the listing. This means you have to make those changes again before you can relist the item with ALL of the changes you wanted. This seems to us to create a lot of extra work that is unnecessary. If you use the Bulk Relist button, you can change prices and title and relist your item, but those changes aren't reflected in Auctiva anywhere. This is our understanding anyway.

I hope someone who is an Auctiva Power User can help us determine how we should be using Auctiva to keep from having to make so many of the same changes over and over again that we already made.

Thank you in advance for your input.

Any help would be much appreciated.
