Thank you for your replies. I appreciate them. It is good to know that it is not just us. Other individuals are have the same issues with functionality. I have been through Auctiva technical support several times trying to get clarification of their process. Often times, I get bits and pieces but not a full explanation. I don't know how to change their process because I don't know how it should function. I do know that the way it functions is not efficient. There are TOO many times when you have to make the SAME changes AGAIN and AGAIN, OVER and OVER. That is unnecessary and the way my wife puts it :"its make work".
