I found a great online tool that allows you to create templates from scratch or from samples in their library and then customize them. Go to

They do ask for a $1/month donation . After I tried it out for a while I paid for a year !
Once created there it is simple to copy and paste the code into Auctiva's custom template section and save . Hope this helps .
