Hi all, Well I'm finding Auctiva harder to use than I expected. I've sold on ebay before, but not recently.
I have a few questions. If I check the Sellathon counter, will I be getting the free one. I read somewhere that there is a counter you pay for, and I don't want that one. I'd like the free one.
Also, in the shipping--I picked USPS Priority, USPS First Class, and USPS media mail. When I previewed my listing, they were all listed, but they all had "FREE" beside them. How do I fix that? I can't put the cost in, because the items I sell all have different weights and of course different shipping costs.
One more thing--how do I change the size of the print in the listing I've been working on. It has very small prnting and I'd like to change that to "medium".
I've been working on one listing for about 3 days now. I'm determined to learn the Auctiva program, because I'll be seling craft books also, and it will help my sales if I can use more than one picture to show the nicer items in the books, because sometimes the covers do not really show that.
I did fill in all "my profiles", and went through "my account" and it looks like I have the correct information in all.
I want to continue to use e-bay as my checkout, so was wondering, do I even have to fill in the shipping on the Auctiva account. I've been working on one listing til my head hurts, then I have to quit for awhile.
