That would be great if you could eliminate the gap but it is not a huge problem for me. If I did not want a listing paired, I could still not pair it right? Also if I had more than four pictures, that would not be a problem would it? Would the third picture be smaller?

Word is a problem for paste if you don't use the paste from Word icon on the toolbar. Same for paste from plain text, like Notepad; use the Paste from Plain Text icon.

I did use Word, however, I did not use the paste icon. In my template now, would I need to keep my writing at a certain style and size?
