Need help with posting to Ebay store

Hi, I am new to Auctiva and would appreciate help please. I have posted 3 items on Auctiva, then posted them to Ebay. They are in My Ebay, but are not located in my Ebay Store. What am I doing wrong??? I am thinking it is something to do with my store categories in Ebay.

When I add a category in Ebay for my store using the instructions from Ebay, I then go to my "Look at my store" option but my categories aren't appearing. Can someone help please. I tried looking on Ebay forums but noone seems to reply to them.
