Need image help

Hi,

I am using an Auctiva standard template and am hosting my own images. The first image in the template is resized to 400x400 which skews the image (sometimes a little, sometimes a lot depending on the original size of the image). The rest of the images are all right (none are resized). How do I "turn off" the resizing?
