Hi again, Well I found by accident an answer to my own question. I have messed around with this problem for months now. But tonight I found if I set it up the way I want it, then highlight the entire item description, then go to style and click on 'code' it changes the highlighting to orange and it stays the way I want it. I have no idea why this is happening. But at least I will now save ALOT of time getting my listings listed. Maybe it is some setting on my computer.? Thank you all for your response.
