New 12 free gallery feature - where is the information on eBay?

Hi Everyone,

The 12 mini gallery images below the main photo are a great new feature. Thank you, Auctiva, for providing that. However before I try it, I need to be absolutely sure they are free. I still have not been able to verify that they are free to eBay store subscribers though. Can anyone direct me to the exact information on eBay itself about this? I have been trying to find it for 30 minutes using various searches as well as links in a few of these messages here. The links do not take me to any information about 12 free for store subscribers.
