Hi Jess,

When you drag that single photo image into the box, does it show the file name (file name on your computer) and its file size under those column headers in the box? Make sure it's a single file name and not a folder of files (just speculation on why it thinks there are 100+).

I've never seen that message before, so I'm trying to isolate cause by double-checking what you see before you hit the upload button.
