I'm afraid I don't know what you are referring to here. The API error you mentioned previously was generated by eBay because Java Script code was included in the listing that is not allowed by eBay policy and is not representative of a *problem* with Auctiva.

If you need any further assistance with your account, please contact our customer support team using the method I mentioned in my previous post to this thread.
