Most of the folks with unreasonable shipping no longer have gotten away with it thanks to dsr's. Many have lost discounts and been suspended for unacceptable ratings.

(Btw, I don't agree that sellers can't rate buyers but I lost that battle years ago).

This is just another means to inflate profits.
