I don't know the logic but the reason for all the mystery about the Regional box's is that they are only for people who print there labels on line.

I had to inform my PM also about them and he looked into it. The boxes won't even be available at the PO they have to be ordered online.

I ordered them all but haven't had a chance to use them yet.
