Hi davidx,

The first thing you shoud do is go to your Account Settings...just about everything is enabled unless you turn it off. The email management is at the bottom of the page. I myself use Ebay's Pay Now email because alot of folks aren't familiar with Auctiva.

I've never seen an instruction manual, but when I first joined up I found the tutorials extremely helpful. Good luck on your sales
