I believe that you are correct. Auctiva is working on Phase II and I do believe (but I'm not certain) that it will have .gif capabilities. I could very well be wrong.

If I were you, I'd send a ticket to customer help. Having come from SD, You'll be amazed at how fast help tickets are answered.

I'd also advise taking the online class, the link is in my sig. It answers a multitude of questions and helps immensely.
