Hi.
Sometimes they show up immediately and other times can take 6 or more hours.

There's nothing you're missing. They'll show up once they've been indexed, or reindexed, whichever is the case. It's perfectly normal, though debatable if it's an Auctiva or eBay thing... depends on who you ask I think.
