I agree with tennisntrains. I am pretty happy with Auctiva (I can't possibily complain about a service that charges me nothing for.) I have used paid services before and they all have problems from time to time. I think some of the people here just need to be a little patient when a problem occurs. Eventually they'll all get fixed, right?
In the mean time, I will try to sell as much as insurance through Auctiva as possible so we can keep the free service going.
