I "UPGRADED" to the plan w/ phone support & now it says I will NOT be able to get help until 3-1-10 when my new plan goes into effect...GRRR. The listings that are so critical to me each have SUB TITLES @ $1.50 each so it will cost me a ton to keep listing individually. Please continue to email Auctiva for support & mention you saw my post w/ same issues, maybe that will get them to help us. Thanks. Dana
