New Template

Hi, When I create a new template which I want to use I can't get beyond Create Your Own Custom Template because at the bottome where it says Save as New, Clear, Save and Preview,Cancel, I can save it but how can I use it to list my items. I can see it sitting in the Auctiva Custom Templates that I've already made, but can't use, because it just has at the sides Edit,Delete and Preview. But I want to ust them HELP PLEEEEEEEEESE
