New to Auctiva

I have a shop on Ebay and have just signed up to the $9.95 auctiva package. The main reason being I want to improve my listings. I've started completing certain fields in the template area but how do I get my current active listings that are already on Ebay into an Auctiva listings template? I hope that makes sense.
