New to Auctiva

Hello can someone help !!!

i am new to ebay as well as auctiva ....I joined auctiva to get the toolbar with all my products on there. The first time joined all my listings disappeared !! which scared the hell out of me ...so I quickly switched off auctiva to get back to square one.

Now that i have joined again and my listing didnt disappear this time and the auctiva toolabr appeared straight away something has changed somewhere ...now the toolbar appears on the top and not on the bottom like is used to ....

Anyways how do i post my listings now ? via auctiva or ebay ? which is the best way ? and why ? can someone please advise ? I would be very graetful.
