New to Auctiva / cost of item sold

I,m new to Auctiva and I get 99% of the thing I sell on Ebay at Estate Auctions so it's not like I list the same goods over and over or keep an inventory of several dozen of the same items ... so I really can't set up in the inventory section of the software but is there anyway or anywhere to put cost of item sold so I can see if I lost or made money on a item ??? I have done it in the past with easy auction tracker but was trying to only use 1 program to keep track of everything ???
