Kinda hard if you don't know HTML. Step by step instructions aren't that easy.

It took alot of work on my part to learn HTML and this is probably one of the reasons people get paid to do this kind of thing.

Do a google search for HTML tutorials, there are tons of them out there and start reading. There are also free classes here:
http://www.webtechu.com/

I took these classes and they were very easy to follow.
