Yes indeed, when you submit your listings through Auctiva, they should appear in search results just as quickly as if you were to submit them directly through eBay as far as I know. You could potentially check with eBay's customer support team to make sure, but they tend to be pretty secretive about their "Trust & Safety" measures, so I'm not completely sure they'd be able to confirm or verify this.

Creating a few listings to get the feel of Auctiva and see if the service is one you'd like to continue using is definitely a good idea. There is a bit of a learning curve when adopting a new system though, so don't get discouraged if it feel like it take you a little longer than normal to create your listings at first.
