Reply to "New to Auctive..listing says violation?"

I had the same listing failure and message on an auction I tried to list last night. Contacted Auctiva and they said to contact eBay. Contacted eBay and they said it was an Auctiva software problem, that I could list the item using eBay's regular listing page.
May try that but I hate to pay for extra pictures!
