new to the group auctiva, have issue with listing bid?

Hello board, not new to Ebay, but new to Auctiva, it has been years since I sold anything on Ebay and now want to have a go at it again. I have a hairbow business. I listed an item this afternoon and here are a couple of issues I see so far.
In Ebay search, my item is not coming up at all, even with my full item name in the search.
When I checked my auctiva account, it tells me there is a bid, but it's a buy-it-now item, not a auction item.
I checked my-ebay and it has not sold.
