I have been using Auctiva for about 4 months +/- and have not had any major problems! (hope I did not bring myself bad luck) but before that I was just listing via eBay and the time and $ I have saved using auctiva is wonderful! You have to pay for EVERYTHING on eBay..schedule/pictures ect. SO right now as bad as it seems I would stick with it!
