firstly, so far i really like the service. ive only been using it for a few days now and have noticed a few things that might help make the service a little better.

1) ive read that it takes 4 hours for auctiva to sync with ebay and import your information. is it possible to shorten that time ? while 4 hours might not seem long to you, this time lapse forses me to use your service and others to check on my auctions. i sell ebooks and the buyers like to get them immediatly. 4 hours is along time to ask a buyer to wait when they want it asap !

2) i think this service would be alot better with some sort of digital delivery system. ive read that its in the works, but it sure would make a big difference for people like myself.
