Newbie needs help! - template background coming out very wide!

Please help! I've listed items on ebay using the auctiva website listing facility. I scheduled everything to list tonight, and so far the template background is coming out very wide (ie double the usual size).
I selected the standard template of 'certificate'. Is this template just a wide one by design or is there a setting i've not clicked?

if that doesnt work my shop is called HappyApple Cards in ebay - http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Happy-Apple-Cards and all the newly listed items tonight are auctiva listings and have the same problem as above.
