Welcome to Auctiva! The posts you have been reading with respect to listings disappearing from eBay upon signing up for Auctiva refers to the tendency for eBay to re-index all of a seller's listings when the Auctiva scrolling gallery is appended to his/her listings. Since you have already generated your token and had the scrolling gallery added to your listings, this is not really something you need to be concerned about.
Also, when you submit a listing to eBay, whether through Auctiva or directly through eBay, it may also take a few hours for it to appear in eBay's search results pages due to eBay's indexing process.
