Newbie with simple question regarding my custom template

So I created a custom template last night. Basically I used one of Auctiva's ready made templates, but just added my preferences such as shipping, terms of sale, etc.
Now when I go to create a new listing, I type in my description, upload my pictures, and select the custom template that I made.
For some reason when I launch the auction, or preview it, the template is there plus the new description info I typed in, however the shipping, terms of sale, etc. does not show up.
I am sure it is a simple fix, I just have no idea what I am doing.
