Hi Niki, i am not having any problems with time outs like you mention.And most of the time the speed is very good other than loading images which I feel takes a bit too long with a high speed connection.As for maintenance it is I believe at 11 or so on Thursday. I don,t list on Thursday evenings so I really do not deal with the maintenance issue.The way I feel is if I know it is coming I can plan ahead and work around it.Thursday night is my night to go grab a few beers and some wings and shoot pool all thanks to maintenance. So that is a good thing for me and keeps the GF happy too.
