Hmm! While I am aware that Auctiva were carrying out site maintenance the problem has persisted. Maintenance is now over and still no images. It would also seem that there are a number of people experiencing the fault which would suggest it is not related to broweser settings or individual machines. I have posted a trouble ticket and await a response. Thank you though for your help and advice.
