Reply to "'No items available'"

Hello French_Flings,
Has this always been a problem with your items? Or did you just recently place items for sale? Auctiva sometimes takes a period of time to catch up to the loading of images. If not, then file a Service Request using the 'Help' tab at the top of the Auctiva screen.
As for the time zone, look under 'Listing Management for 'Prefered Time Zone'(My Account> Account Settings> Listing Management > Prefered Time Zone.)
