Reply to "NO not AGAIN!!"

Hi, all. I've been having this problem off and on (mostly on) since the BIG MOVE. I've written the help desk. The asked for the exact error so I sent it to them and got a message back saying to write through the help email to file a report. So, I think they have other problems too.

Has anyone heard back from them on this? Thanks,
