The "Select an Image" and "Select Template" buttons on the Auctiva lister page should both cause pop up windows to appear from which you can select your images and templates, so it sounds like you most likely have a pop up blocker enabled on your browser that is blocking these windows from being displayed.

If you disable any popup blockers that are enabled on your browser or browser toolbars (if you have any), I believe you will then be able to select images and templates for your listings within encountering this problem.

Many of the most common browser toolbars, such as the ones offered by Google and Yahoo, come equipped with pop up blockers that are enabled by default and I’ve found that those are usually the culprits in cases like this.
