No Picture Available?

hello, I'm find that when i've listed auctions, only 1 or 2 of the listing shown in the showcase are displaying an item picture.

Others show listing titles but usually 'No Picture Available' in place of the items gallery picture.

How can I make it so all the images are shown in the showcase? I know it's not a matter of 'activa' updating as the last batch of 7 auctions were 10 days and the showcase was the same as it was on the first day.
