No Pictures. Clear Cache/Refresh?!??! Its a server issue.

A few times a day I notice images hosted by Auctiva stop loading. these are just the times I notice. After about 15-30 minutes they start loading again. During this period Auctiva.com is unreachable or features do not load ie image hosting time out. This has been going on since I joined and it is not my local machine, it is Auctiva's image hosting server. Why are they telling us to clear cache? Run spyware programs? That is not the problem.
