Did you reboot?
Did you fill out a help ticket? I've always found that I receive a prompt response. You can't be guaranteed that Auctiva visits the boards as it states if you need help to fill out a help ticket. (top right)
Have you gone to the stickies on the top of the forum for trouble-shooting?
I've been with Auctiva almost a year and very rarely experience red x pizza boxes. I'm sorry you're having this problem.
