Non-paying buyer

I need some opinions! I have a non-paying bidder. I sent 2 (or 3?) invoices/reminders, opened a non-paying buyer dispute, closed it 8 days later, so it's done. My question is, should I also file negative feedback? I know I should, but I hate to ruin my own 100% positive feedback with possible retalliation...
