Reply to "None of my gallery pics are visible"

Hi Sunnycrick,

I'm sorry to hear of your frustration. I just reviewed the search results page for your listings on the eBay website and confirmed that Gallery images are not showing for all of your items, so it appears that you have since repaired the Gallery images of your listings that exhibited this problem.

However, upon reviewing your Image Management page, I noticed that several of your images reflect that they are only 32 x 32px in size, which indicates that the full size versions of the images that we send to eBay as Gallery Images failed to be created properly during the upload process.

Assuming you repaired the Gallery images by re-uploading them through the eBay Revise your Item form, you will likely need to take an additional step to repair the copy of each image that is displayed on the supersized image pages for your listings as well.

If you find that your images are indeed not showing up on the supersized image page for the items you have revised, you should be able to repaid that remaining aspect of the listings by revising each one via the following process:

1) Locate your listing in your Saved Listings folder, make any necessary changes (remove corrupt image and upload a new copy), and save.
2) Click the "<HTML> icon to the right of the item on your "Saved Listings" page
3) Select All and copy the HTML n the popup window.
4) Locate the item on eBay and click the "Revise Item" button.
5) Scroll down to the "Description" section and then click the "HTML" tab above the description editor.
6) Delete the existing description HTML, paste the copied HTML in its place, and save your changes.


Our technical team has been looking into how we may be able to prevent this from occurring, but I am not sure when we may be able to find a solution at this time. Based on the intermittent nature of this issue, I believe you will most likely be able to upload these images successfully if you try uploading them using the Auctiva Uploader once more though.
