I'm sorry to hear about your continued difficulties. We are currently looking into the possibility of updating (replacing) the current Auctiva Uploader on our site such that this will no longer have the potential to occur, but I am still uncertain when we may be able to do that or get another potential solution for this issue in place at this time.
We have found that this is more likely to occur when uploading larger image files so, given that you are encountering this behavior so frequently, it seems likely that your images are larger than they need to be and that you may have better luck uploading if you take smaller images.
I am admittedly unfamiliar with your current camera settings but that is the only thing that comes to mind which may help. You should be able to find a setting called “image size” or something similar on your camera which you can reduce to make your camera produce smaller images.
