Not Going Active

I created a listing and it said it was posted on eBay. When I check my account, its not listed as active. I went to the scheduled listings in auctiva and selected the listing and "place ad now". Still not showinga active.

Any ideas? I want to get this listing posted but I'm worried now that its going to post twice and a third if I try this again. Is there a known delay in the process?
