Reply to "Nothing showing in store window!"

I filed one last night and got a respose today that they are aware of it. To quote it:

I apologize for the inconvenience that you are facing.

I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Our engineering department is aware of this issue and will solve the problem as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.
