Reply to "Notification of Malware to Auctiva.com"

I notified Auctiva on Friday that I had been getting virus warnings since the day before. I received a reply that there was NO malware on their site and that there must be something wrong with my AV software that was mistakenly recognizing something as a virus that wasn't. After wasting my time with my AV software and after continuing to use Auctiva NOW they decide to tell us there WAS a virus and we should clean our files? I hope their girlfriends get a virus and tell them about it after a long weekend!
