Be safe everyone, I've cleared by cache repeated as instructed by Auctiva. I've also run a full Norton Antivirus scan 3 times since receiving these notices. Two times came up clean, but the middle time picked up a Trojan Horse and another malicious item. So take the time to run an additional full system anti virus scan if you haven't already.
